Settings
1 Account
Section titled “1 Account”Signing in lets you use account-related features. If you are just trying OpAgent locally, you can start with a workspace first and sign in later.
For account, billing, or access questions, use the Support entry on the official website.
2 Models
Section titled “2 Models”Before using agents, make sure a model is available. Different models may vary in speed, cost, and output quality.
For everyday work, choose a balanced model first. For harder writing, reasoning, or coding tasks, switch to a stronger model when needed.
3 Theme
Section titled “3 Theme”OpAgent supports light, dark, and system appearance.
- Light mode is comfortable for daytime writing and reading.
- Dark mode is useful at night or during long coding sessions.
- System mode follows your operating system setting.
4 Personal workflow preferences
Section titled “4 Personal workflow preferences”A few small habits make OpAgent easier to use:

- use clear file names;
- save important results into Markdown;
- keep only useful agents and skills installed;
- review old drafts and archive finished work.
5 Troubleshooting basics

- confirm you are in the right workspace;
- check that the selected model is available;
- start a new conversation if the current one has drifted too far;
- restart the desktop app if the interface becomes stale.
