Generate images with GPT-Image-2
With GPT-Image-2 available in OpAgent, image generation is no longer just a one-off result inside a chat. You can keep prompts, references, generated assets, and follow-up edits together in the same workspace, making visual creation as traceable and reusable as Markdown writing.
1 When to use it
Section titled “1 When to use it”Use this workflow when you need to turn an idea into a usable image quickly:
- create social media covers, launch graphics, and product update visuals;
- add illustrations to articles, docs, and tutorials;
- explore multiple visual directions from an existing draft;
- keep prompts and outputs so you can iterate later;
- manage image generation next to the project files instead of losing it in chat history.
2 Workflow
Section titled “2 Workflow”- Open your project workspace in OpAgent.
- Prepare the purpose, size, style, colors, and any text that must appear in the image.
- Ask an agent to generate the image with GPT-Image-2.
- Review the result and keep refining composition, wording, colors, or aspect ratio.
- Save the final image into your project folder and manage it together with the related documents.
3 Why it is more valuable in OpAgent
Section titled “3 Why it is more valuable in OpAgent”A normal chat app can generate images too, but the creative process quickly gets buried in chat history. OpAgent is different because you generate images inside a real project workspace.
Your prompts can be saved as Markdown, references stay nearby, and generated assets can live directly in the project folder. The next time you need to change the size, update the copy, reuse a style, or prepare publishing assets, you continue from files instead of rediscovering the old chat.
That turns GPT-Image-2 from an image button into part of your content production workflow.
